A fifth of patients on an intravenous drip develop complications because they are given the wrong levels of fluid, according to a review of guidance in England and Wales. Growth in job vacancies hits '15-year high'

The growth in job vacancies hit the fastest rate in 15 years in November, according to the latest survey from the body that represents recruitment firms.
